Really poor service, struggling to get through the doors being disabled and on my own with my little boy in his pram when two members of staff just watch me fight to get in out of the heavy rain. And also no one offers you tea or coffee while you wait 45 minutes for your car, nothing for kids to watch or do either. Toilets could do with refurbishment poor lighting in the toilets, staff are really not very welcoming at all. On the plus side I'm trading in my vauxhall zafira tourer in December for a brand new vw transporter. So I would say this is the last visit thank God. Roll on 4 weeks time.
