Bought a new mazda. Hassle with paying finance off in 14 days. Mazda said no interest but santander said 14. Wrong info given to me from Mazda. No contact from Mazda in last 14 days when I was told of a courtesy phone call. Bad customer after service. Not a happy customer.

Walked in and my appointment was booked for 1... told bt the man on the service everyone was on lunch and had to wait as the lady who ha booked it did it for the wrong time and had left but he managed to find a yound gentleman. The car was booked in for a free health check. I got told it would be about half a hour and to take a seat in the waiting area and grab a coffee ( machine wasnt working two staff tried it and walked away) waited until 2pm and thought what is going on while all the staff on the service department were just laughing and joking around. I got told my keys had been there a little while and as the job only took half a hour they would only charge me 24... i cant understand why i had to pay. Then got told sorry we couldnt wash it for you bring it in another day and we will do it!? So a half hour job i was waiting for over a hour?! I wont be returning i have to add the man on the sales that took me to the service desk was lovely and professional but i just think the service department were quite unprofessional i will take my car elsewhere to get sorted. Ive always used skoda branches im the past and never had a problem but i wont be retuning here.
I have purchased many many cars over the years some 80 odd easy so I know what to look for when dealing with dealerships. Border cars lillyhall were fantastic but the experience was made special by the salesman Ryan Wood.. Nothing was a problem and a polite genuine guy.. Special mention to Dean sales manager helping us out with another car for our daughter. Great team.
