Very disappointed with Vizion. This has happened TWICE. Some weeks ago I rang and asked for an appointment with Paige to do my eyebrows, I was told yes Paige would see me but when I arrived I was received by a novice. I didn't think much of this and agreed. She did a good job except my right brow had been taken off shorter. It wasn't too bad. After this, I rang again to ask for an appointment with Paige, it was agreed over the phone (I am not deaf) 9.30am TODAY with Paige and again I was met by the novice. I should have followed my instinct and walked out but I thought, this time if I tell her I would like my eyebrows balanced, it would be ok. But no, she took off MOST of my eyebrows and it is very clear now I am left with one eyebrow higher than the other, one sparser than the other. I am angry because as a loyal customer I should have been told that Paige had left. Now I am left with tadpoles for eyebrows and God knows how long I have to wait for them to grow. I have been told Vizion are nice but they are only nice to customers they know, presumably people who look and sound like them. I am not happy. Please be truthful to ALL your customers in future.
Excellent staff excellent results would recommend to other to go to vision. I'm very happy with my ending results and they staff where welcoming and made me feel relaxed.
