I visited yesterday as I was visiting workington and fancied a pamper. Pamper is not what I got. My hands were pulled about. Asked for round tips got all shapes no two nails alike. Uneven lengths lumpy varnish. The only good thing was the colour. Ignorant staff talked in their language and my lady was constantly on her phone (hands free of course). And all for 29. Absolute rip off.

Disappointed. My nails are gross, acrylic stuck all over my fingers, shape isnt what I had chose, nails havent been filed correctly - some sides have lumps on and lean to a side, took her less than a minute to paint every nail it was that rushed.Lady who did my nails wasnt welcoming/friendly at all, sat down and the only thing she said the entire time I was there was what do you want whilst giving me a sour look..so I explained what nails I wanted and left with the complete opposite. These nails were for my holiday but Im too embarrassed to keep them on...
The worst place Ive been too!Left there with wonky, V short acrylics, (I asked for long) lumpy nail vanish on some parts of my nail and sheer parts on others..vanish had sloped over to one side on some but she didnt see anything was wrong, they look a disgrace!She didnt even give me the shape of nail I asked for, would have spoken up about it but she hardly spoke a word of English or even knew how to smile and I didnt want the fuss of trying to explain everything she had done wrong. I have always been to Angle Nails which is about 2 minutes away from this place and they are pricier but a 10/10, Ill stick with them!Dont waste your time and money! My dog couldve done better
