Food is excellent and 90% of the staff are kind and friendly. The only let down is the owner(?) who seems to know nothing about customer service and treats group bookings like a chore, with an entire page worth of instructions and rules to follow! If it wasn't for the delicious food, I would tell everyone to stay away, for your own sanity!
