My daughter and I recently stayed at Osborne House and we will definitely book again on our next visit to Workington. We were given a very warm welcome and during our stay we were extremely well looked after. Our room was equipped with everything we needed and very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing and set us up for a busy day and it was no trouble catering for my vegetarian daughter.Close to all the amenities with good off road parking was a bonus. Great value for money and well worth booking.

We recently had a three night stay at Osborne House where we were offered a warm welcome by our hosts Rob and Di. Throughout our stay nothing was too much trouble for them. The double en-suite room was beautifully decorated with many of the old ornate fittings in place. The room had plenty of storage space as well as complimentary toiletries, tea, coffee and bathrobes not to mention a TV and hairdryer.There was a vast choice at breakfast from cereals, fresh fruit, toast, yoghurt, full English breakfast or something of your choice. I opted for scrambled egg which was extremely tasty. My husband had the full English breakfast and wasn't disappointed with all ingredients from a local butchers. This hearty breakfast set us up for the day.Osborne House is ideally situated close to the town centre, harbour and factories based at Northside, Siddick and Flimby. The Lake District National Park is only a 20 minute drive away making this an ideal base. We would highly recommend a stay at Osborne House and look forward to our next visit.
