I found Taylor rose workington to be very unreliable throughout the whole process of buying and selling my properties. 16 weeks to sort out sales without much of a chain as we had first time buyers buying our property and the property we bought has been vacated weeks before. Had to constantly chase them up for answers to why things were not happening in the timescales they had originally set out. The reasons always seemed to be someone elses problem or issues. Local searches are done through 3 different companies which dont seem to talk to each other and was only sorted out when I rang round them all myself. The farce of completion day was very stressful as communication between them and other solicitors made it a nightmare. We were allocated Taylor rose by first choice move whos only mistake was in doing so. We will never use them again!
