Great gym, wonderful owner, Ted. Real body builders gym, but is great for little one off training session as well.

It's like a Tardis, the middle of a row of terraced house walking in is just room after room of weights and benches, all the equipment you need. There is even an upstairs, I never managed to get up there because of the sheer choice! A true hardcore gym.
