Opted for the delivery where you pay an extra 5 for the delivery guys to unpack and take away packaging to recycle but when they delivery man up he said he was not allowed to do this. Not sure why this was offered as a service at checkout (hence only 4 stars) but Oak Furniture were great to deal with and refunded me within minutes after I contacted them explaining the situation. Great customer service.

We came here just days before Christmas in desperate need of a table thinking we would probably not even get one due to us being so late and with them being so busy. How I was wrong.. The staff were so so helpful, the gentleman who served us did everything in his power to make sure we found an affordable table which he promised would arrive before Christmas.I would advise anyone to go and take a look at what they sell, their wooden furniture and pictures are beautiful and brilliant value and their customer service is outstanding.
