I guess they dont care all those bad reviews because they know people need to see the doctors anyway even bad service like this. Receptionists still very rude and when you arrive for your appointment easily wait 50 mins or more. When you have children with you suggest to have enough entertainments with you
Terrible appointment system, tried many times to get a routine appointment to be told none left or phone on the day then there is still none left. Decided OK I'll register on their online booking system ah ha what a surprise no appointments available!!!
Can't get appointments unless you are friends with receptionist Receptionist has accsess to your personal records and want to know why your wanting a apointment Some receptionists are rude and overbearingWent in 5 mins late told by receptionist that id have to call back the next day and make new appointment Strange that seeing as how three weeks later I was wating to see reception and one of her friends came in said sorry I'm 15 mins late she said it's ok have a seat your in next it was the realy rude one My prescriptions were supposedly sent to chemist went to chemist and the wernt there went back to doctors they said they were went back to chemist and tgey were at the doctors all the time they are a joke
Shocking service! Googled the opening times on Thursday 8th March and it came up as 6:30pm. So I got there for 6:20pm, to try and book an appointment for the following week (seeing as though for James Street, you still have to go in for a form to create an online account, whereas for others you can create your account online). As I was walking towards the door, a receptionist was letting a gentleman out and she clearly seen me walking towards, yet decided to still close the door in my face and attempt to walk away!! No manners at all!I called up on the Monday to try and book an appointment, no answer for 5 minutes, so I hung up, then called back and waited a further 3 minutes to which I then got to speak to someone. The receptionist then informed me of the next available appointment, took my name and confirmed my address and as far as I was aware, all was okay... until I arrived for my appointment (the next day), to be told there was no appointment under my name for that time... one word - USELESS!!
Terrible in many ways. Left this surgery in tears a few times the way receptionists speak to you. If you call, it usually just rings out. Staff did not know what treatment etc they should offer. Regardless to say, I now no longer attend this surgery.
