I have used rent-a-car on several occasions. Each car has been clean and modern, usually almost new and a pleasure to drive. The down side can be extra insurance, or risk respray costs, to cover the possibility of a scratch whilst parked.
I love Enterprise and it's always my number 1 choice, staff are very helpful and friendly and most of all always smiling.

Above and Beyond service from the entire Enterprise team in Workington! We had been traveling all day, we were tired, and did not have cell service/wifi for them to contact us (Americans traveling in the UK). Another customer was late returning our vehicle, so the Enterprise team drove us to our remote airbnb and then came back out to drop off our car when it was ready. On top of all that, I left my purse in their car and only realized this after the Enterprise office had closed. Thankfully, Andrew Morris kept the office open past hours so I could come collect my purse (which had my passport, license, and our only working credit card and way to pay for dinner that night). A big thank you to the Enterprise team: Andrew and the two drivers who helped drop us and our car off!
I have rented from the Workington office before. However this time for expediency I reserved a van via the website. The whole team were extremely friendly, helpful and professional - especially as I arrived 30 minutes early. Not phased and to accommodate me, they prepared my vehicle ahead of time to get me on my way without delay.The Workington team always bend-over backwards to make the customer experience as streamline and enjoyable as possible and this occasion was no different. The only name I have is James Huntington, but everyone in the office contributed to the experience and are all truly excellent brand ambassadors.Really looking forward to my next hire!
